Once you fill out your Glow Getters application, you'll receive an email with a unique referral link and access to our program details. Simply share your link via email, text, or social media to start earning rewards.

NOTE: You can also use your referral link to suggest leads for us to contact.

Referral commissions are processed at the end of each month for completed and verified bookings.

No, there’s no cap on earnings! The more referrals you bring in, the more you can earn.

If your referral is already a client, you won’t earn a commission for their booking. If you're unsure if your contact is already a Glow Vibe Golf customer, you can email sales@glowvibegolf.com to ask our team.

No, if you are a current customer booking an event for yourself, you are not eligible for a referral commission.

Your referral link is tracked for 180 days using website cookies. If someone books an event with Glow Vibe Golf within this period after clicking your link, you’ll receive credit for the referral.

You can share your referral link through email, text messages, social media, or by personally adding referrals through your form.

You’ll have access to a dashboard where you can monitor your referrals, see commission earnings, and track the status of your leads through the sales process.

We encourage creative promotion, but any marketing efforts outside of the standard program should be discussed with us first.

Yes, Glow Vibe Golf reserves the right to remove participants from the program at any time, for any reason.

1. Eligibility: The Glow Getters Program is invite-only and intended for professionals who refer new business to Glow Vibe Golf. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2. Referral Commission: Participants earn 8% commission on fully paid bookings. No commissions are paid on self-booked events or existing Glow Vibe Golf clients.

3. Payment Terms: Commissions are processed at the end of each month via Paypal. Participants are responsible for any tax obligations.

4. Referral Tracking: Referrals are tracked for 180 days using cookies. Glow Vibe Golf is not responsible for tracking issues related to cookie deletion or device changes.

5. Promotional Guidelines: Participants may share their referral link via email, text, and social media. False claims or unauthorized paid advertising will result in removal from the program.

6. Program Changes: Glow Vibe Golf reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability: Glow Vibe Golf is not responsible for technical issues affecting referral tracking or earnings.

8. Acceptance of Terms: By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
